At Matin Kim, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
